Board the helicopter for a private one hour flight to the Normandy coast near Honfleur. You'll have lunch at the Ferme Saint Simeon - a delightful retreat (rebuilt a few years ago after a devastating fire) that was favored by many 19th century painters, including Monet, Sisley, Courbet and also written about by great writers such as Beaudelaire.
