You will be met at 9:00am or 2pm in your hotel lobby by your guide. A car and driver will take you on a tour to see some of the highlights of central Paris.
Several suggested half-day itineraries with expert guides are proposed. If you wish, we can combine two itineraries and leave you for a luncheon at one of the great bistros in central Paris for a full day of touring.
Right Bank Tour: see the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, Tuiileries Gardens, Palais Royal gardens, Opera Garnier, Notre Dame Cathedral, City Hall and finish at the Bastille square with it's modern Opera.
Left Bank Tour: see the Eiffel Tower, Invalides area, Saint Germain des Pres, Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon, Sorbonne, and stroll around the Ile Saint Louis.
Marais Walking Tour: one of Paris' most historic areas, the Marais (swamp) district has fabulous shopping and museums. Your driver will leave you at City Hall, view the trendy gay area, Jewish area, stroll along the rue des Francs Bourgeois with its boutique shops, stop at the Musee Carnavelet for a history of Paris and admire their lovely gardens, visit at the Place des Vosges - formely the Royal Square - where Victor Hugo and Anne of Austria (wife of Louis XIII) and end up at the Place de la Bastille where your
Montmartre Walking Tour: your driver will leave you off and collect you at the bottom of the funicular railway which you can take up the hill. Discover on foot, this hilltop village with its stellar views of Paris, the Sacre Coeur (Sacred Heart) cathedral, the Place du Tertre with its painters and historic restaurants, the old windmill, the last working vineyard in Paris and some of the amazing houses and private streets where artists live.
